An equipment is one of the major investments you can at any time make. Appliances are often significant purchases, and they are a single of the most important elements of your own home. You depend on appliances for almost everything from cooking to cleansing, and particularly contemplating the amount of dollars you'll be putting forth for it, it only is sensible that you would want to make sure you make the most sensible purchase.
Residence appliances is often a phrase that is utilised incredibly commonly currently but exactly what does it stand for? Residence appliances stand for that mechanical and electrical merchandise that happen to be used in your own home for the performing of a standard home.
31 8862 161st Ave NESte 108Redmond, WA 98052 (855) 855-8805 I have used First Tech since it was Addison Avenue to manage my cash. I have had nothing but good experiences with the company and find customer service top notch. Living in ABQ, no branch is available, but i have never had a problem with online banking. I am with FT to stay. Bad service ever for a bank. I drive for 30 min to this bank and arrived at 13:51 for a wire transfer, the front desk was impatient and told me that wire transfer need to be done in 10 min and they can't do it after 14h00.
And I have to do it by myself online. Worth bank ever. I like First Tech CU in general. I haven't worked with this branch specifically though. I have been a customer of First Tech Federal Credit Union for about 25 years (when they used to be Addison Avenue Credit Union, and before that, Hewlett-Packard Credit Union.) I have experienced responsive and very helpful customer service and find their online banking system to be very easy to use.
I am very happy with the services I receive from this credit union for my personal accounts. Took about 7 days to get my monthly mortgage statement. O and many phone calls and I showed up at the credit union also Horrible bank and people in the Redmond branch are just upto the task. (DEC 2017) I am a member of two other credit unions, and First Tech Fed is light years ahead of the other two credit unions in terms of convenience in remote banking and external fund transfers and other safeguards (so I'm never short of funds), and more.
For example, I can take a photo of a check on my smart phone and have it immediately deposited. If you're not taking advantage of this feature (and you have a smart phone, e.g., android, Samsung, iPhone), call up customer service and they will walk you through it. Also, First Tech Fed allows me to deposit and transfer funds myself remotely from both external and internal accounts, including credit card (the other two credit unions I belong to have tedious processes and long turn-around for external transfers).
I've been a member of First Tech Fed for several years (including when they were Addison Ave. CU and before that, HP CU) and I rely on the remote mobile banking feature to manage my funds. When I want a 'brick and mortar" office experience, I go to one of the "shared" branch offices of other CUs that partner with First Tech. First Tech Fed is really ahead of its time in terms of high tech remote banking and fund transfer flexibility for peace of mind.
We are closing our account with First Tech. We have both our banking accounts and our mortgage at FTC. We had an automatic payment set up to pay our mortgage. This month I received a late notice on our mortgage. First, the notice was dated on the 18th of the month, the postmark was the 20th of the month and we received it on the 21st of the month. We had only 9 days before our mortgage would be considered in default and our credit rating would have been lowered.
FTC decided WE were late on our mortgage, charged us late fees, and required us to now make TWO mortgage payments because we were untrustworthy now. It became our responsibility to clean up this mess. They admitted this was their error. I am astonished that a bank can screw up an internal mortgage payment. I am worried that next time, they I will not learn about their error until it screws up our credit rating (causing us to have to deal with correcting it).
With FirstTech since 1998. Since the move to federal CU status and the merger with Addison Avenue, overall competence has declined precipitously. Actively looking for another CU. Not Helpful. I am with a different Credit Union (BE) and it is way better. I received a ck from a First Tech member and tried to deposit it 4 times at different locations, all rejected . I went to a First Tech branch and the teller, I'll call "Norman Sleeper" said, Oh yeah, some of the checks that were printed at the branch do not work because of the printing.
Hello, audit committee, recall and reprint? Not their problem. Making it a 1 star review, i see what people mean when they say its got bad service. I think its ok as long as things are smooth, but if you hit an issue, its got pretty bad support. I am struggling to get a recent ACH issue resolved by the bank. Wish me luck. I have received false replied, inconsistent replies and have basically been asked to go fend for myself.
Overall I have had great success with First Tech in general with their service, but this location on the other hand has been nothing but problems. I normally go to their Overlake location due to its closeness to work, but the few times I have been to the one in downtown Redmond(This Location) I have got horrible service. Between me and another person attempting to get a loan from here, it has been nothing but a complete struggle and back and forth pointless information.
Telling me I have to come in to finish the loan application only to come in and be told it take 1 month to get approved for a loan. Ended up driving to the Overlake location and getting everything squared away same day. Would not recommend this location. Untrustworthy Bank. I am a member for 21 years. Closing my account this month because of the botched upgrade. They didn't re-enable autopay after their upgrade and missed my credit card payments.
Now they won't take accountability for this. Can't trust these guys anymore. I switched to First Tech from BOA at the urging of my parents a few years ago. Since then, I haven't hit a snag except for a small bug in their phone app. Shoutout to Darrel at the front desk for being very polite and fast. i just paid off my car loan from a total loss and these people suck and don't care about nothing, after about 7 car loans these people are scum and just use another loan provider!!!! trust me!!!! i sent them 35k in one month and still gave me a late fee and charged interest on 150 bucks lol do not use them for anything ever!!!!!!!!!!! I closed out my FirstTechFed account today after having an account with them for 3 years.
They don't have a lot of branches and the customer service on the phone is not very helpful with issues. The account on the bank website does not show up-to-date transactions, and often shows nonsensical transactions for $0 which is very confusing. A transfer transaction I had scheduled showed SUCCESS when the money had not been debited from my FirstTech account (as shown on the website) or deposited in my another bank account.
This is a painful place to keep your money. I would not recommend this bank. Terrible bank. I closed the account 2 years ago and still sending email and paper notices to my address informing me about all the updates as if I still have account with them. Something is completely wrong about their software. Now I am receiving a letter to my address but to my daughter's name, whom I listed as my beneficially.
It says, "recently you changed the address. If you did not, please contact, etc., etc.." My daughter never had account with FTFCU. Then, I received email from its memberservice, saying, "Action required - Your primary funding account has been deleted.....You can no longer use the following account to make online payments because it was deleted: .....To set up a new funding account, simply log in, click the link to add a funding account, and follow the onscreen instructions.
" I am pasting a part of exact email I received. It's been going on for more than 2 years this way. When I called previously, the customer service persons said, "if you don't have account with us, just ignore." They must have a serious bug in the system programs and it seems they can't get it right. Whenever the system is "updated", my account, which I closed more than 2 years ago, seems to be showing up as a live account.
They keep resurrecting my account, or they never closed it. I am not sure if I should say, "Hallelujah!" or "Please RIP." I am glad that I closed my account. I will never ever go back to this CU again. You will never know what else is going wrong which you don't know about if they can't get the simple thing right, like closing the previous customer's account and stop sending a notice. Used to be good but the switch to MasterCard exclusively has no benefit to customers.
If that wasn't bad enough they massively botched a web banking upgrade and the new system is quite a bit worse than the old system. I'll be closing all my firsttech accounts including mortgage and brokerage. This is one of the worst financial institutions i have ever had to deal with. Their staff is horrendous and unhelpful to the point where I almost think I must be getting punked. They are absolutely disorganized as well.
My husband has requested 7 times to list me as authorized person on an auto loan account and every time they take it, say no problem and then when I call to inquire about something, they tell me they cannot speak to me. Like today, when they refused to take my pay off on the loan, because I am not on the loan. Yes, you read that right. They would not allow me to make a payment and pay off the car.
I will add that my husband and I have TWO joint accounts there in addition to the auto loan. We are closing out them all this afternoon because this was the last straw. First Tech has just become the worst credit union I've ever dealt with after they botched the online banking system changeover this past weekend of Jan 23/24. I now cannot tell what bills are still set up for auto payment going forward.
I had 2 bills due this past week of Jan 25th, after the system change, that were each paid twice. Thanks First Tech for "draining" my checking account balance down and making me scramble to transfer $$. The phone support is pretty worthless. Everyone just says don't worry your auto payments are still set up (even though you can't tell when looking at my online bill pay screens) and everything will be back to normal in March, right!!!!! As soon as I get my online account and bill pay structure back to some sort of normal, I'm looking for a new credit union to move my $$ and auto loan to.
Have had a savings account at First Tech and decided to stop in and check out their checking accounts. First let me say I have most of my accounts at Bank of America and HATE them. Their service and online banking is the worst. Thought I would give the credit union a chance. I walked in 15 min before closing and Monica was wonderful. She walked me through the options and then recommended an interest checking account that didn't have any fees.
As long as I make 12 debit transactions and have at least one direct deposit, it is currently paying a little over 2%. Given that even the online only banks are paying less than this, I opened an account. Before leaving Monica gave me her card and told me to call for anything. Getting ready to check their online access, so will update later, but for now I am a happy customer!
