12/20/2017 I'm giving two stars because they showed up in the time span of our appointment and $30 service call is reasonable.However, the owner showed up after I gave their company the error code of my washer, and the model number four days in advance. He proceeded to tell me what I already knew, that the error code was a communications issue. He didn't even turn the machine on to double check.
Said there isn't anything he can do to fix it but order the part (which he tried to mark up 300% from retail). I could have saved myself the money and just have a neighbor come over and just scratch his head like he literally did."Frigidaire isn't my appliance. I would never put one in my house," Todd said. Ok, they could have told me ALL that information with what I told them on the phone. They knew that before they came to collect their $30.
I hope it was worth it!----To make it even better, I called the company to let them know I was going to leave a poor review. The staff said "You're one of those people who live in their dark basements...give me your name or are you too wimpy to?" No lady, that's why you provide GOOD service and this is a free exercise to review your performance, which was terrible by the way. Besides, I told your owner face to face I was displeased and he had every opportunity to make it right.
